Terms & Conditions for Refresh, Revive and Rejuvenate Membership Programme

  1. Membership Overview
  • This membership plan is designed for patients seeking regular skin health and injectable treatments, and skincare offering exclusive benefits and discounts.
  • Members can choose from three tiers based on the type of treatments we agree together during your consultation; based upon your treatment goals, your monthly budget and the frequency and type of treatments required to reach your goals.
  • Membership is available exclusively with Elizabeth Harris Medical Cosmetics only
  • To join the membership, you must be an existing patient, or if you are a new patient – you must have had a consultation with Elizabeth Harris and be medically suitable.
  1. Membership Tiers

The membership tiers are as follows:

Rejuvenate: Invest £80 a month towards your next treatment or in clinic purchase

Revive: Invest £60 a month towards your next treatment or in clinic purchase.

Refresh: Invest £40 a month towards your next treatment or in clinic purchase purchase.

  1. Membership Fees
  • Payments must be made via the provided GoCardless payment link.
  • The credit you save can be used towards any in-clinic products and treatments (subject to medical suitability).
  • This membership club is not a finance option. Membership can be used towards future treatments either to cover the whole cost of treatment or put towards the treatment cost.
  • Think of it as your own personal Elizabeth Harris ‘piggy bank’.
  • If your balance exceeds the treatment cost the outstanding amount stays in credit. If it doesn’t, the outstanding amount is payable at the appointment and at the time of treatment.
  • If you wish to top up your balance (i.e. after a birthday gift or a bonus) then absolutely – you can top up your balance anytime.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of membership benefits and possible termination of the membership.
  1. Membership Benefits
  • Rejuvenate members also receive 5% off any additional in-clinic treatments and skincare purchased at the same time as your appointment.
  • Revive members also receive 5% off any additional in-clinic skincare purchased at the same time as your appointment.
  • Complimentary consultation and follow-up appointments are included.
  • Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers or promotions – except for those patients who are on an Individualised Treatment plan – click here to learn more.
  1. Membership Duration
  • Membership is valid for a minimum term of 12 months from the date of registration.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and exclusive to the individual who registers.
  1. Treatment Frequency and Additional Treatments and In-Clinic Skincare
  • Members are entitled to treatments or in-clinic skincare based on the credit on their account, and if the balance due on the day is greater – settling of that remaining balance on the day of treatment.
  • All members must attend a full medical consultation to check suitability, particularly when combining treatments on the same day.
  • Treatments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
  1. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
  • Members must adhere to the clinic’s 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
  • Cancellation requests must be made online or by contacting us at eh.medicalcosmetics@outlook.com
  • Any outstanding treatment fees at the time of cancellation will require full payment.
  • In the event of a no-show appointment, a missed appointment charge of £30 will apply. This charge may also result in the removal of the missed session from the member’s treatment credit.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payments are due on the same date each month via the GoCardless payment link.
  • Failure to make payments may result in membership suspension or termination.
  1. Refunds and Early Termination
  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Early termination is only permitted in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons) and is subject to approval from Elizabeth Harris and may involve an administration fee.
  1. Liability
  • The clinic is not responsible for delays or inability to provide treatments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • All treatments are subject to medical suitability as determined during the consultation.
  1. Changes to Membership Terms
  • The clinic reserves the right to amend membership terms with 30 days’ notice to members.
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with the clinic’s privacy policy and will not be shared without consent.
