You will feel welcomed in to my friendly and professional clinic.

You will find me friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, putting new patients very quickly at ease. You will only ever see me and I am looking forward to getting to know you.

My commitment to assisting all my patients to make the right treatment choice is intrinsic to everything I do.

We always start your journey with a thorough consultation and medical history taking. I spend a lot of time with you, getting to know you as a person, not just as a patient. I listen carefully to your needs, concerns and desires, before providing you with solutions for your individual concerns and a personalised treatment plan.

I promise to be clear and transparent in your consultation and all subsequent communications with you. If I don’t think that you are suitable for treatment, or that I cannot meet your expectations, then I won’t waste your time or money.

Promise 3

You will never be talked into a treatment that you don’t need or want.

My aim is to help you evaluate your options and make a fully informed decision. I will never exaggerate the results or trivialise the risks of the treatments that I provide. I will always listen to and be respectful of your fears and concerns.

You will never feel under pressure to receive treatment as I practice in a truly ethical way. I will recommend the most cost effective treatment, or treatment plan that ensures you get the results you are looking for at a budget that suits you, as long as it is the best available option for you. If it is not possible to meet your financial needs and your expectations for treatment and results, then I will politely decline to treat you.

Patient service and your happiness is of the highest priority to me.

I have a genuine interest in each of my patients and can proudly say that many of my patients who came to me when I first opened in 2015 are still loyal patients, a great amount of whom have become friends.

I strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible and ensure you that you are in safe, experienced, well-trained and knowledgeable hands throughout your time with me. I welcome your honest feedback and take all comments into consideration to ensure that I am continually assessing and improving my service to you.

Ultimately, I just like my patients to be happy, so I look after you as I would want to be treated.
